I have had exactly the same experience as most here on C-Date and also believe it's one big scam! I started a premium 1 month subscription 3 weeks ago and have been trying to cancel for the last few days before the 7 day period they give you to cancel before the month is up. They have responded each time telling me to cancel via a link on the homepage, but the snag is there is no homepage! Frustratingly everytime I type the web address in it just takes me to the profile pages which you cannot cancel from, only delete the profile. This I know from experience does not mean that your subscription is cancelled. Very very frustrating.
