I have also like many others it seems, received a letter claiming I owe £313.59 from a law firm in Germany which also has extremely poor ratings.I tried cancelling with this company but it was impossible. I felt it was a scam and contacted them on many occasions to cancel and was told it was cancelled. And now this! Furthermore I tried to log in but cannot get through as it says my account is suspended until payments have been made. It also states that I have been contacted twice for payments of subscription, however there is no where, not by email or post that I have received this.Do not go anywhere near this app/site! It’s not ok!
