Looks like I am their latest victim, I have written two letters to cancel my subscription, no reply, I have an email from their customer services saying my subscription and membership has ended on the 19th September. But they are still trying to take money from my account and on checking on their site they have kept me as a premium member, I have raised a dispute with PayPal, sent loads of emails but no reply. It is in black and white that you said no more payments will be taken but you have. I have done everything you asked to cancel my subscription. Ie letters and speaking to your customer services, I have their email stating it ends on the 19th, since then no one will speak to me. Could you please confirm it has ended and no more payments, it should not be this hard. I feel they do everything just to take money of you and make it impossible to leave.
