I just received a letter from them for the first time in almost two years. I have never had any use or knowledge of this website before the letters started. When I spoke to their legal team, they sent me a log full of records, email addresses and names that do not belong to me. I have emailed several times asking for the letters to stop and any alleged outstanding charges to be written off as I have never used this company before
