I cancelled my subscription to this service. Very difficult to find out how to cancel. They are demanding that I pay for further subscription after cancellation. No replies to emails but now threatening me with debt collection. I received a letter from CMS stating it is a second reminder but it is actually the first I'd received. I am seeking legal advice.
