I did never sign up in C-date dating site someone is using my profile. I complain so many times to cancel my subscription and don’t send me mails and posts but their customers service not responding me and not giving me any kind of reasonable answer. Now they are taking 299 euro from me and the company is located in Germany I am not living in Germany then why they sending me post and mail I don’t know about this scam company and people they are totally fraud and taking money from people. They sending me lot’s of mail and warning post. Their cancellation policy is very complicated like as fill up the form and send to the company address by post. Why ?? I never seen this type of service. So my suggestion is that don’t pay any kind of fees to scammer and complain to the customer care.Thanks.
