I received a Member-exclusive Savings Offer Travel Voucher with my CAA renewal. Great! However, nobody from the entire company knows anything about it. I wanted to know if I could use it towards the balance owing for my trip, but could not get any answers from anyone. I spent hours on the website looking for information, called numerous departments only to be told to call someone else, who didn't know anything either. Why send out these perks to customers and then when we have question, nobody knows anything about them, nor can we get information. I am not impressed with this service at all.
