She could have left it believing I possibly didn't qualify but she didn't, she looked into it further and clarified details a few times. Not only did she find me travel insurance for my upcoming trip to the States, she also went above and beyond to further explain the status of my mother's travel insurance quote when we contacted her after still being confused from speaking with the insurance company directly.
