The bag took a month to arrive, weeks after I had to leave for my trip. I had to buy another bag to use after no movement with my order. Return was offered, but buyer is responsible for shipping (not noted on the site). The shipping costs $45-80 to send back, way too much. I asked to cancel the order weeks ahead of time but they said they couldn't cancel, even though it took several weeks for them to actually ship the bag. Very sneaky and terrible sales practices.
