The delivery of my order was quite slow. The image of the stone did not align with what I actually received, although the dimensions were accurate. There were several vendors involved in my purchase. I ordered from one seller, it was shipped by another, and a different company handled the billing. This complicated tracking my order and left me unsure about who was responsible for the final outcome. Ultimately, I did receive my order, but I was disappointed with the color of one of the two stones. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.
