There was a mistake with the personalization. I emailed the service just a minute after placing my order to request the removal of an apostrophe. Their response was that they couldn't assist as it was already in production. There's no way production started that quickly. As a business owner, I know this kind of service would lead to failure. I will be ordering from another company; it's not about the $35.00, but the poor customer service.
