It took about 10 days to process my return, despite their claim of 1–3 business days on their website — which is misleading. I had to repeatedly email just to get store credit, which was delayed so much that I missed out on Black Friday and the item I wanted was out of stock. Completely unacceptable. When I asked for a refund, they went silent. They ignore requests they don’t like and don’t uphold their own policies, showing no respect for customers. Shop elsewhere. I will not order from this company again.
