I received a mailer from the company and decided to order colorable pajamas. About two hours after ordering, my daughter suggested I should have chosen a different size. I found out there was no phone number for the company, but they had been texting me. I texted to ask if I could change the size before shipping. They replied they would look into it, but the next day I was told my order had already shipped. Later, I received a text saying my order was about to ship, which was confusing. I was told they don’t do exchanges but I could return the pajamas for store credit. I returned them over a week ago, but still no credit has appeared. I was told to be patient due to holiday orders. I just want to exchange them for the correct size, but I can’t do that until I receive the credit. The items I wanted for Christmas are now backordered until February. The lack of a phone contact is very frustrating. I wish I had researched this company before ordering.
