Best customer service I have received in a VERY long time. I messaged Caden Lane upon realizing I accidentally picked the wrong item in my order. I placed the order 2 days ago and I must have known because I had an urge to check my order (which was already in production) only to realize I had ordered big brother instead of big sister pajamas for my granddaughter. I received a response to my email within minutes and upon learning of my mistake Ely went to work. She made me no promises but told me she would see what she could do. An hour later she emailed me back to let me know she was able to remedy my mistake. In a world where customer service is pathetic at best I was pleasantly surprised by Ely and Caden Lane. They have earned a customer for life!
