The gas supply line from the main road to our house needed replacing last week, as we didn't have the correct amount of gas pressure coming into the house for our combi boiler. Cadent sent a big team of engineers to replace the pipe in a timely manner. They were professional and got the job done quickly. They had to dig into our gravel driveway in order to get to the pipe however they had a team over the next day who filled in the hole quickly and even replaced the stones. Even though the situation was stressful and frustrating I couldn't be more happy with the speed and professionalism of Cadent and their team, they kept me up to date with what was happening and made sure everything was left or put back the way it was before the works began.
