Cadent one word to describe you - OUTSTANDING.I called Cadent when my carbon monoxide detector alarm went off. The agent I was with on the phone could detect that I was panicking and I was scared, she calmed me down and told me through steps to stay safe while help was on the way. Within 25mins an engineer was on site and he did an extensive check and left 2hrs later when he was 100%sure that we are safe. A very kind and gentle engineer, a person who respects other people’s property. Cadent left us with backup heaters and small cooker so we could finish off our cooking atleast. Cadent went on giving us a very reasonable contribution to my electricity bill as they were aware the appliance would cost a bit extra on our bill until our gas is turned back on . I am thankful.
