5 stars service from very reliable company.I asked Cadent about upgrade of gas supply to higher capacity. Communication was good. It was easy to reach their customer support. Some things you can easily do online. When it comes to actual work - the schedule was agreed month in advance. Then everything went strictly according to the schedule.Work included - digging trench about 20 m long, new pipe, new meter box and reinstating pavement blocks and concrete on the pavement. Majority of the work was paid by Cadent as free will. Cadent's engineer Tom called few days in advance. He was always helpful. All questions answered. Big thank you to Tom and his team.I wish other companies are on the same high level.
