**EDIT: From their canned response they're not even reading reviews as I state in this I have ALREADY logged a complaint and they called me back today and were rude, incompetent and clearly hadn't read my complaint prior to calling... Utterly useless**They came around advising they need to do some things for a new build development, I'd get an appointment through as someone would need to access my gas meter (the new development is several streets away). He said I'd get an appointment, I explained that was great for me as I work from home and everything I do is covered by DPA so I'd need to book half a day off. A few weeks later, still no appointment but 2 guys show up demanding access. I explained the previous conversation and asked if I could have an appointment to book the time off. One responded "well what do you want us to do?!?!" I explained again, stated I know they have a job to do, all I need is for them to work with me and give a morning or afternoon they're coming so I can book it off. One turned to the other and said "well what are we supposed to do???" The other shrugged and they started walking off. I called after them and reiterated about the appointment and I got ignored. The next day some came again, I explained all of the above and he asked if they could come in under 48 hours. I asked him how many work places does he know that allow leave to be booked in under 48 hours time... Explained my workplace is more lenient allowing 1 weeks notice but most places require 1 month. After a bit of back and forth and me basically stating "look, I'm trying to work with you here. I just need YOU to work with me, but at no point are you!" He finally gave me an appointment in exactly a week so I arranged it with work. The next day, someone comes AGAIN. Explained all of the above, the guy was, well... Yes... At this point I finally decided to just make a complaint as it was beyond a joke. Today, the day after I made the complaint stating all of this and that I just need them to actually work with me and stick to the agreed appointment for the following Monday, they called stating it was about my complaint. The woman basically demanded access tomorrow. I reiterated everything that was in my email (the above) she demanded the next day again. I stated she clearly had not read my email as I had explained they had agreed Monday with me and started to reiterate again all of the above. She hung up on me. From start to finish it's been shocking and I've had to stay late at work every single day so far since they've been here due to their escapades and having to deal with them. I have no idea if they're even going to come on the agreed Monday appointment, if I've wasted the time off, etc. It wouldn't even be as bad if they respected people's property, they don't. I could go on... In short, nothing short of a head ache and I'm disabled, luckily I'm not vulnerable and do not have mental health concerns as they would definitely exasperate mental health concerns/cause issues for people who are vulnerable and disabled!
