After having the gas meter changed by Morrison Data Services on behalf of EDF, we were left with a smell of gas in the garage which they said was only temporary. It wasn't! After telephoning Cadent, they sent an engineer called Dexter within an hour. Dexter put us at ease, and quickly traced the source of the leak to the soldered pipe done by Morrison. Dexter replaced the pipe and checked for any further leaks from the meter and even checked inside the house. A big thank you to Dexter and the customer service centre.
