An appalling experience from start to finish! From digging on our property to setting up the meter, nothing was done right.We were left without heating or hot water, despite being assured the work wouldn’t impact us. They seemed completely clueless, blaming British Gas for everything—terrible workmanship and customer service. It’s clear that wecare at Cadent Gas does anything but care! Judging by all the negative reviews, many others share my frustrations. Who’s truly accountable here?We had no water, resorting to using the gym’s facilities, while a dismissive customer advisor brushed off our complaints as if they were just ticking boxes. They even admitted their team caused damages but expect the homeowner to cover the costs. What an awful company to deal with—or work for.
