Cadent arrived in March this year. I couldn't miss them, as they had blocked both my gate and driveway with their vans. We had a car full of shopping that we couldn't get into the house, but that didn't matter as they had a job to do! This ended up in an argument. Morning Cadent!A job to do and a job they did! 2 hours digging in the ground they hit a high voltage cable with a digger. God knows how the two guys survived. power out in the whole postcode.Power down for three days for us, I had to approach them for information, nobody knocked on our door. No apology from anyone.Finally, job done the reinstatement left the entrance to our property with standing water in front of the access, we had a visit from a reinstatement manager who said as it was due to what they had done, they would sort the problem.I contacted the manager in May as nothing had been done. He apologised and said he would sort it.Finally the team were back today28/09, but did not want to honour the work that was promised, just there to put a paving stone size patch of tarmac in the middle of the road. I could not get the manager on the phone and the supervisor of the workmen didn't want to know, said the manager was wrong to say they sort my front out, but didn't want to contact the manager. When I showed him where the problem was his was dismissive and uninterested. Then when I asked who should I complain to but he ignored me. Total disregard for gas customers.Terrible customer service, poor communication, Managers promising but not delivering.
