They seem content to leave customers without a basic necessity while providing no honest updates or timelines.I strongly caution potential customers: Cadent Gas makes promises they don't keep, leaves customers in limbo, and offers no effective means of addressing grievances. If you value reliability and responsive service, look elsewhere for your gas supply needs.
