After no joy with advice from Octopus Energy, I telephoned the gas help line. Cadent engineer came out with in 20 mins. A very polite young man who change a regulator tested it was the correct pressure and went on his way. A credit to your company. That simple. Good service isnt hard and Cadent provided just that.
