A botch job by cowboy plumbers left my elderly and vulnerable mum with a gas leak that cadent had to put right after british gas fobbed us off 4 times before demanding 1000’s of £££ for gas that she didn’t use. Every interaction with the cadent staff in the process was wonderful and they treated my extremely worried mum with so much care and understanding. The cadent plumber mark was very patient and helpful. He took the time to explain the process and what to do in the future to both myself and my mother who had one million questions and left us with his phone number if we had any other questions. My mother had to call the inquiries team for a minor issue and spoke to leah who was also extremely helpful and lovely and explained to my mum that she had connected to the wrong department but she would connect her to the correct one with her colleague martell who was another lovely staff member and really brightened my mums day by taking the time to listen and being generally interested in my mums life and welfare and having a laugh with her because it lifted up her spirits a lot. Thank you cadent and all your wonderful staff for being the complete opposite of british gas!!
