I had no gas connection for 2 years and 9 months. The council have failed on a number of accounts to see what the problem was then left it!I am vulnerable and disabled so it's been very difficult. A cadent worker had came in and had seen the situation and knew the problem ( meter was in the wrong place m, no flow to boiler) then 5 members of staff were standing there stunned s the couldn't believe I had to through that. I am forever grateful for your help. Without them I'd still be stuck in a freezing cold house. The customer service have done brilliantly to help advise me on a email in thr right people to get my case going. I would much prefer cadent in stead of aaron services... theure useless!
