Gas pipes replacement in my road left me with no gas for 3 days after being told everyday someone would be out to reconnect me. Luckily a sub contracted engineer working late across the road noticed I had no pipes to my property and knocked on my door asking If I knew I had no gas, I told him what had been happening and he got it resolved the next day. 1 week later another note through my door saying gas will be cut off again. For 4 days now I have been trying to get someone to tell my why they are cutting me off again and how long will I be without gas again this time. Customer service do nothing, say they will look into it every day and call me back but no calls back have spent over 5hrs over many days calling them and being on hold just to be told the same thing each time that's its been escalated and someone will look into it. Appalling.
