It has been nearly 2 years cadent changed gas pipes without choice being given. Old metal pipes went and replaced with plastic ones. As soon as they changed ours my gas pressure was low. If I opened hot water tap the cooker gas would go off. The fire heater would randomly go off. The team were still on site working on the whole block but we had to beg them to come check and fix our gas issue they had caused. Please note our pressure in the house was Excellent. No issues at all. Water was nice and hot and the heater would never turn off itself. We were just given numbers to call.and no one wanted to check the issue. One man said If I'm going to come in I'm going to dirty ur carpet and I'm not taking my shoes off (not he had shoe covers as other cadent staff used) anyways he said u seem like nice ppl so I won't report ur boiler as u haven't serviced it in a few years. I will just close it off and you will have to get it checked. We said but the service has nothing to do with anything. As issue is as soon as the pipe was replaced. We contacted again advising pressure is low and after few checks and complaints they put the pressure up. Also out side slab has hole. No ome cemented back. On the last day 5 teenagers came asking for a review. And gave me a card. I felt sorry for the boys and didn't want to give kids grief. Anyways NEVER call cadet for gas help (my brother did for his house and they just turned it off and said call someone else. We rang someone else and he fixed the issue. Cadent team have no knowledge or pure lazy staff and management to want to fix anything) 2 years later my water is never hot like it used to even when I have it on high temp. And the heater is low flame and then bursts to high. Very dangerous after cadent interfered. Please look elsewhere and check reviews.
