Engineer Ryan Green (60011919) attended gas leak reported within the hour and conducted a thorough investigation. Once located, the gas meter needed replacing. This was done quickly and efficiently, Ryan explaining to me what was wrong and exactly what he would need to do to resolve the problem.Ryan remained reassuring throughout his visit and left me with the necessary paperwork, at the same time informing me he would report the necessary detail to my gas supplier.
