My boiler when turned on has a smell of burning, the cadent engineer, Mr asif Hussein came within the hour. He did a very thorough check of my property & all neighbouring properties for leaks. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable of his job, efficient. He talked me through the next stage of turning off my supply & getting an engineer. He also left us 2 electric heaters to keep us warm until the gas can be switched back on. He was kind & considerate and if all workmen we're like this, well we would all be happy.
