Bunch of lying cowboys. Missed appointments , despite taking time off to meet and arrange access. Selfish workers expect people to wait for them all day long and ‘drop out of the sky’ at short notice after they broke arrangements. When access was allowed they caused a gas leak by moving a pipe, shut my gas off , whereby I had to arrange a private engineer to repair the mess. This cost me £200.00. Their own engineer later attended to check Cadent’s work and told me they should have rectified it! I complained to Cadent using on line form. Contacted next day by a lady offering a load of ‘flannel’ and fobbing me off. I want my £200 reimbursed.
