They came to repair a gas leak outside our home and informed me the gas was going off BUT would be back on for evening meal. Of course it wasn't ! I arrived home at 3.00pm. and they had cleared off. No message or note left. I rang customer services twice speaking to 2 different girls who both said the issue would be escalated and someone would call me back. Of course they didn't ! No cooking evening meal. No hot water. What are customer services for I ask? No real help at all. They'll probably just blame it on covid..
