Cadent Gas began drilling up my road last week. So, the negatives are; I would have appreciated notification of work, and they both cut off my gas & dug up my back garden paving bricks without notifying me first.The positives are that they put the paving bricks back the next day, and that both their engineers & customer service staff are excellent. Polite, courteous and quick to respond to queries. I’m much more frustrated that Lancashire County Council feel no need to inform residents that there will be major and disruptive works for a whole week.
