They have been replacing the gas pipes in our street for 3 weeks now. Access to our property has been very restrictive. As a consequence my wife who runs her business from home (holistic therapies) had to cancel all her clients. We have been told there is a claim form to fill and to ring or e-mail certain numbers.no replies from numerous emails,all the phone numbers deny it's their responsibilities, even given some numbers that don't exist. What a shoddy useless service, I suppose we will get the standard reply to this rating.
