Very impressed. The engineer (Chris) attended within the hour, as promised and sorted out the leak efficiently. He was very professional - I was impressed. He was reassuring (I was in a bit of a panic) and explained everything necessary to me. He was patient and friendly. He eventually had to fit a new meter and did so with the minimum of fuss.
