We rang British Gas and said there was a strong smell of Gas coming from my elderly Mother in Laws house. Phil Burgess from Cadent came within 30 minutes of the call. He fixed the problem and was on his way within 30-45.Phil checked in after completing paperwork to see all was okay with the heating. Excellent service from both British Gas and Cadent for their speed to arrive and fix the problem.
