I am writing to acknowledge and praise the work of your team who are replacing gas pipes in our area. Without exception, each member of the team that I have had contact with has been efficient and extremely courteous. One worker took time to explain the process of excavating to check pipelines and what would happen next. I was concerned about possible damage to our newish driveway but I was assured that all excavations would be repaired and within a timescale. All works were made good and you would never know that the block paving had been disturbed - and within the advised timescale. You should be rightly proud of your workforce.
