Where do I begin. I had my gas left disconnected over the weekend. Then a hole in my garden for weeks. The woman called Ellisa (on behalf of cadent) started to deal with the issue but she was rude and had no customer service or any decent manners. At one point she accused me of lying without verifying the facts. When chasing she stopped returning phone calls and emails. I raised with cadent on the email address (wecare..). I never got far with them. Same story again. The guy who answered the phone, Adrian lied several times about a manager calling me back but no one ever calls. Very poor level of service. Staff with no credibility. I know they'll put a comment saying 'sorry to hear that, contact us on.. So we can put it right. But they won't. This is just for the PR. A business like this does not deserve to be serving such a great nation as ours. We need a change.
