Cadent quoted me an extortionate amount of money for a meter move. They need all the money well in advance before providing any services! So be it, signed up and paid. However, the maximum time by which they must visit my site has come and gone. Not only that they haven't showed up yet, they haven't even bothered to communicate what's happening. Customer service just keep saying someone will ring back soon to explain dates, but no one bothers. It's as if I am asking them for a favour, while the fact is that they took all the money up-front, refuse to do the work and left me in the dark.My ref # 0032994382
