Cadent promise you a roses garden but at the end you will get a rotten tomatoes. I have been enquiry new connection. Since september i have excuses and promises. I end up now in middle of nowhere with family moving to new house with no gas. No standard team supposed to call me around 50 times, never received a single call from them, as they working from home and have no access to phone ( don't think so ) at least they claiming so.I make a one call to Cadent a day and hear nothing but assurance I will get a call from non standard team, or from gas designing team. Guess what, never got a single call.I have minor child, how the hell should i live in the house with no gas. Absolute joke.Hope all Cadent people will end up with no gas in their houses for a year.
