Have you noticed the reply bad reviews get from Cadent asking you to email them your dissatisfaction in order that they can look into your complaint. Well I did just that, spending/wasting yet more time writing messages and speaking to incompetent staff about negligence and rude contractors working on the part of the Cadent Gas. Quite frankly nobody at Cadent cares less about the negligence they dish out to unassuming members of the public. The so called managers are no better than the ignorant workforce who lie and scapegoat others as the problem for their shoddy and disrespectful workmanship. If you are notified by Cadent that your next in line for gas repairs then beware you need to protect your property from these cowboys as they think nothing of damaging your walls/ fences or driveways and will use your property to disrespectfully leave their machinery and pipework etc leant up against your home without consideration for anything you might own. In fact the more you complain the worse the situation will become for you as they act like children trying to get revenge fir any justified complaint you may have.Ignore any literature they deliver stating they will carry out safety checks and have men working late to ensure your gas supply is re connected. They did neither to my property and their negligence meant I had no gas supply for over 24 hours. No amount of phone calls made any difference, nobody called to re connect me until next day.
