We have now been without heating or hot water for over 25 hours now and situation still not solved and no idea when it will be solved. Offer of small electric heating that would struggle to keep a dog kennel warm at great expense. Temperature overnight down to -6 to -7. All in a lockdown situation where elderly residents and residents with young children cannot go anywhere. Workmen walking into the house with boots covered in clay & mud leaving a trail of muck! This company does not engage their brains or have any consideration for the residents. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
