Whilst waiting for gas works in estate we were visited several times to check on our medical needs and what we required whilst work carried out. We were placed onpriority list due to my medical conditions and told we would be supplied with heaters and hotplate.Day of work arrived not a peice of equipment supplied.Cadent informed and confirmed we were on priority list and should have been one of first reconnected.Had to ask wifes sister to bring us fish and chips.Disconnected from 8.45 till17.45.CADENT cant be trusted customer services just got one word in libary SORRY.
