these must be one of the slowest contractors on the planet. First of all i got one of their reps round saying the work would start to replace our gas pipes end of July 2020 and it would take two weeks and that because we had underlined heath problems we'd come one of the first in the queue. 1st lie. The work to replace the streets pipes actually started in January 2021 and according to their letter 2 weeks. Another lie. its now February even though they have replaced the gas pipes they are even slower to fill in the holes that they have dug. It has taken so far 10 weeks and theres no sign of completion. This seem how their team opperates 1. labourers dig the holes2. people arrive to put up barriers3. the smarter people put the pipe into the existant pipe.4. connect new pipe to the gas meters5. labourers fill in the hole6. tarmacers complete the jobUpdate... These gas experts installed my gas meter outside the property but failed to earth the pipes. Their gas expert noticed this two weeks later then they referred the matter to be completed by the local council. This could possibly have my gas disconnected until the work is done. Shame on you cadent for a botched job
