Big thank you to cadent helpline and engineer.Me and my wife could smell gas in the house and outside.At 12am while back door was open waiting to cat,we could smell gas.I call emergency no and was connected straight away.i don't remember the lady's name but she was knowledgeable and helpful. An engineer was assigned to us and was with us within 30 minutes. Chris was very professional.He was in his van cleaning his hands first then putting on ppe and started outside checking for gas .Then he entered house and was very polite and checked all appanences .There was no gas leak but gas engineeres were working not far from us which is where the smell was coming from which he knew.
