Cadent installed the gas pipe at our property, but the pipe sizing was incorrectly assessed despite multiple surveys and clear information that the premises is a non-domestic restaurant. As a result, the gas capacity is insufficient for our required load, which has delayed the opening of our restaurant and is causing significant financial loss.
Instead of urgently resolving the issue, we were asked to proceed with a new quotation and additional charges to fix a problem that should have been identified during the initial installation.
Communication has been slow and we still have no confirmed date for the necessary upgrade. Extremely disappointing experience so far. Connection number is 33421550
