Excellent platform with a wide selection of detailing products. I ordered a specific foam cannon that seemed like a solid choice but soon turned into a frustrating experience. I bought an adapter for my pressure washer, and during the first use, it produced a lot of foam but got stuck in the washer! I had to damage my washer's trigger lance to remove the adapter, leading to a total cost of around £160 for the cannon, its replacement, and a new lance. I'm unhappy with this outcome! This feedback isn't aimed at the service, as they have little control over these situations, but I would recommend they notify their suppliers that the adapter needs better engineering.
