I ordered some items and decided to exchange one item for another with a price difference of £0.49 which they sent an invoice for. I get that it's more expensive but I already ordered over £70 worth of items and thought they'd just ship it. This wasn't the best experience but since they replied so quick and changed the order since it hadn't shipped by then (fairly quick delivery by the way) I'd give them five stars and would shop here again. Cheap prices for lots of items too, would recommend.
