Paid $8000 for an ICP in May 2025. Once they have your money, reply to emails become erratic. Kept on making promises, but nothing ever happened. Some 5 months later, get another salesmen contacting, for another deal, only to learn then, that the instrument I initially bought is not available, but if I pay another $4000 plus packaging, they can get another instrument. Eventually you stop trusting them, and no longer comply to their contract / requests, and then we realize that this company is more interested in keeping your money by whatever possible means, rather than to grow the sales business. I don't think I will ever see any instrument or any refund from them.I have no trust or beliefs in their willingness to be an honest respectable company. Their priority appears to be in finding ways to keep your money.
