Stay away from these people and try and resolve through mediation regarding shared custody. How a government organisation can be so incompetent is worrying. These people ruin families through lies and biased opinions. I was even labeled mysoginist by the cafcass officer because I said that the problems my ex was having with the children and the involvement of resilient families as a result, probably wouldnt happen if there was more of a male presence in their lives. I sought to have shared custody of the children to lessen the stress my ex was going through, and I have ended up seeing them less than what my original arrangements were. Shockingly unprofessional!! If you get given Zoe Parfitt at Merthyr Tydfill cafcass as your case officer then change her early doors if you are a man seeking shared custody of your children.
