Absolutely horrible — biased, unprofessional, and judgemental. They labelled me “controlling” simply for saying, “my marriage could have been saved if we ignored external advice”, and even claimed that was “inappropriate” for court.Meanwhile, they allowed my ex to speak for ten minutes, making false claims without challenge, and completely ignored my requests to have my say.They accepted every lie my narcissistic ex put forward and shut me down at every turn.I’ve now submitted a formal complaint.
